Do you plan every function, or just the wedding day?

We plan the full celebration — Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, Baraat, Pheras and Reception — along with guest travel, stay and RSVP coordination, so every function feels considered, not just the main event.

Can you plan a wedding for NRI couples or families abroad?

Yes — a large part of our work is coordinating weddings for couples and families based in the US, UK, Gulf and beyond. We run video consultations across time zones and manage every on-ground detail so you can arrive with nothing left to worry about.

Do you handle religious rituals and catering preferences?

Yes. We coordinate directly with pandits and purohits for every ritual, and plan catering around your family's preferences — multi-cuisine, Jain, and pure-vegetarian menus are all part of our standard planning process.

How far in advance should we book?

For a palace or heritage venue in Rajasthan, we recommend booking 9–14 months ahead, especially for the October–March wedding season when the best dates go quickly.

What exactly is included in your planning fee?

Our planning fee is quoted separately from vendor costs, in writing, before you sign anything — no hidden charges or commissions added on top of what vendors quote you. It covers venue sourcing, vendor management, design, on-ground execution and guest logistics across every function.

Do you offer packages, or is everything custom?

Both. We offer an all-inclusive package for couples who want one team handling everything, a compact weekend-wedding package for shorter celebrations, and fully custom planning for couples who've already booked some vendors and need the rest coordinated around them.

What if something goes wrong on the day — a vendor delay, weather, a venue issue?

Every wedding has a contingency plan built in before the first guest arrives — backup vendors on call, a weather plan for outdoor functions, and a dedicated on-ground coordinator empowered to solve problems in real time, without pulling you or your family away from the celebration.
